Our Customers can use the telephone number of our Technical Support Service 8x5 (eight hours per day during working days), 12x5 (twelve hours per day during working days) or 24x7 (all day long every day – including weekends and holidays), and require interventions of our specialists during the response time as stipulated in the agreement. The service response time depends on the SLA (Service Level Agreement), whereas the notification levels are in compliance with international standards (ITIL, MOF, MSF). The Technical Support requests can be submitted by the web request forms, e-mail messages or telephone. The Technical Support system includes engineers with the highest technical certificates, which guarantees a high level of their operational quality.
MONITORING AND MAINTENACE

The operation of IT system requires important services, which include monitoring and maintenance, problem-ridden collection of information, and thus prevention against problem repeatability in the future, which produces higher system reliability. Therefore, the System Integration Department can offer their services of regular maintenance and monitoring, preventive service and network equipment maintenance based on Microsoft technology. Our vision is that the IT system needs to provide operating continuity of business services, and if any problems arise, our specialists will be at your disposal to bring the network infrastructure back to normal with minimum disturbance of the existing working environment. Our strategic planning of network infrastructure development increases the IT system availability, and thus facilitates company competitiveness in the market. Our competencies guarantee high operating performance during any of our activities. We offer an integrated service and solution, i.e. custom-made solutions, to our Customers.
The regular maintenance includes the enhancement of business performance objectives on our Customers’ network equipment. This service commonly consists of regular monthly maintenance, which comprises everyday supervision of essential hardware and software components (servers, workstations, network equipment), network service control and analysis, testing, application updates, testing of network equipment operability and availability, automated control, regular inspection of equipment and applications installed, reporting and documentation development. The system monitoring activity is determined by internal procedures and carried out with sophisticated software solutions used in everyday work. These types of software provide proactive and comprehensive monitoring and management of all IT components, including development of integrated reporting systems which are of particularly high quality. From a single location they can indicate several dozens pieces of information collected from servers and other hardware devices included in monitoring.
Preventive maintenance binds us to continuously monitor non-critical processes of the entire network equipment, and carry out optimization and fine tuning activities for all services. In these frameworks we suggest our Customers operational computer system and server updates, propose the use of software applications for everyday Employees’ activities and User trainings. We proceed in compliance with the idea: Identify – Analyze – Develop – Notify and take efforts to indicate realistic threats to our Customers in the event that specific operations remain unchanged. In a nutshell, we monitor non-critical processes of the entire network equipment and suggest business process enhancement. The objective of preventive maintenance is to decrease system vulnerability and reduce business risks to a minimum.
