Tomislav Hrisoho New President Of RECRO-NET Board
15 June 2010, Zagreb – Tomislav Hrisoho has taken the lead of RECRO-NET, one of the leading Croatian system integrators, as a new President of the Board
RECRO-NET introduced some organisational changes that became effective yesterday. In accordance with the decision of the company’s founder and former President of the Board, Radovan Rusan, Mr. Tomislav Hrisoho was appointed the new President of the Board.
Tomislav Hrisoho was born in Zagreb, but his life path took him to France, where he was educated at one of the highly recognized graduate schools in Paris, Supélec Graduate School of Engineering. He has 22 years of work experience in IT companies. He started his business career at IBM and in just a couple of years he was upgraded from Key Account Manager to Sales Director, and subsequently to Business Unit Manager. After having spent seven years working for IBM he continued his career at Compuware in France as Sales Director. Tomislav Hrisoho's enviable business career moved on and in 1999 he ran a leading system integrator company in the regions of France and Switzerland, Cross Systems, which employs 480 people. As a member of the Executive Board he successfully integrated 3 acquired companies and set up the future corporate growth strategy.
His knowledge and expertise took him to the position of the Executive Officer of Compuware, where he was in charge of company development and enlargement in the regions of Northern and Eastern Europe, and Executive Officer of OpenTrust for emerging markets (Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa, India and Middle East).
Radovan Rusan will take up the position of the President of the Supervisory Board of RECRO-NET Group, and will continue to participate actively in company management and business activities.

He managed to gather the best talents and leading experts in the area of ICT technologies, to create a recognizable company and an enviable Customer base. He identified the importance of the company’s enlargement over the Croatian borders, particularly at the time of the economic crisis when international presence is of utmost importance. Under his leadership the company had a strong and rapid growth. Consequently, for me it is a huge acclamation to join such a team and as the President of the Board facilitate further development and growth of RECRO-NET, naturally under Radovan’s supervision as the President of the Supervisory Board. We both firmly believe that the company’s strongest power lies in its employees both today and in the future. We would like to attract, retain, remunerate and additionally train best employees. In future RECRO-NET activities we would also like to expand the sales aspect of the company, to become more sales-oriented company and increase its share in the Croatian and foreign markets. As a new President of the Board I will work continuously on further company development and enlargement. It is a great responsibility to retain corporate growth at its present level, but I am confident that my knowledge and experience will successfully take the company in the right direction”, said Tomislav Hrisoho, the new President of RECRO-NET Board.
“RECRO-NET is a company that continues to develop, both regionally and organisationally, but also in terms of new solutions, which in addition to networking as a crucial activity, have their important share in RECRO-NET. We have entered the process of intensive development of the RECRO-NET’s sales segment and slowly we have been transforming from a former “delivery”-oriented company to a sales-oriented company.
In these critical times for RECRO-NET’s development, followed by not so brilliant market conditions both in the Croatian and the regional markets, we do not have much space to experiment and learn as we go.
Therefore, I decided to bring a “professional” to the position of the President of the RECRO-NET Board, who all RECRO-NET Group directors will be responsible to.
Tomislav Hrisoho who is taking over the RECRO-NET’s “baton” has a large experience, both in the segment of sales and in management of a considerably larger company than RECRO-NET is at the moment. Throughout the recent years Tomislav has given an invaluable contribution to the development of the international market for Compuware and OpenTrust.
As for myself, I will take over the function of the President of the Supervisory Board of RECRO-NET Group. I will continue to be present operationally in those segments in which I have largest experience and knowledge.
