NEED

 

In addition to Technical Support services, the IT system operation also requires the services of monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting and prevention, which results in higher system reliability.

 

SOLUTION

 

The services of the are divided into the following three groups:

Regular maintenance and monitoring,

Preventive maintenance,

Work activities.

 

Regular maintenance facilitates objectives for business process enhancement on the Customers’ network equipment. To be able to achieve these objectives, it is important to identify Customers’ desires and needs, and to build a communication channel to identify all rights and obligations for both Parties. Typical and regular monthly maintenance of the Customers’ equipment includes everyday supervision of important hardware and software components (servers, workstations, network equipment), network service control and analysis, testing, application updates, testing of network equipment operability and availability, automated control, regular inspection of equipment and applications installed, reporting and documentation development. The system monitoring activity is determined by internal procedures and carried out with sophisticated software solutions used in everyday work. These types of software provide proactive and comprehensive monitoring and management of all IT components, including development of integrated reporting systems of particularly high quality. From a single location they can indicate several dozens pieces of information collected from servers and other hardware devices included in monitoring.

Preventive maintenance binds us to continuously monitor non-critical processes of the entire network equipment, and carry out optimization and fine tuning activities for all services. In these frameworks we suggest our Customers operating computer system and server updates, propose the use of software applications for everyday Employees’ activities and User trainings. We proceed in compliance with the idea: Identify – Analyze – Develop – Notify and take efforts to indicate realistic threats to our Customers in the event that specific operations remain unchanged. In a nutshell, we monitor non-critical processes of the entire network equipment and suggest business process enhancement. The objective of preventive maintenance is to decrease system vulnerability and reduce business risks to a minimum.

In agreement with the Customers we undertake a variety of work activities, e.g. installation of new computers or reinstallation of current computers.

 

BENEFIT

 

Process automation helps us provide technical requirements for continuous business performance, with minimum time spent on replacement of hardware components or procurement of new components. Our monthly review of regular maintenance thus includes monitoring of a number of services, relative to the Customers’ system or upon the Customers’ request.

At the end of every month our Customers receive a comprehensive report and statistics of our activities. Descriptions of typical and most common problems the Customers have, and our resolution to these problems and the results of regular and preventive maintenance in combination with business process enhancement help us to prevent (re)occurrence of problematic situations.

The use of automatic troubleshooting notification system facilitates fairly prompt intervention and problem resolution. It is very important to spot the problem before the Customers do, reduce the pressure on the Technical Support Department and finally, resolve the problem as soon as possible.

If our regular maintenance does not result in any critical problems that would threaten the network infrastructure, then in compliance with our competencies, we can suggest the Customers continuous business process monitoring as prevention against prospective future problems.  One of the standard methods of preventive maintenance and monitoring is network simulation problem (with all operating business processes) and inspection of the system subsequent to the simulation.
